The Southern Nevada Health Care System (SNHCS) has a requirement for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Grounds Maintenance Service for the North Las Vegas VA Medical Center. The contractor shall accomplish all grounds maintenance tasks identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to meet the requirement. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete the grounds maintenance service.
This acquisition shall be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns per the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461). In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of the proposal, and prior to any award, the Contractor must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to this acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database.

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Base plus 4 option years contract resulting from this solicitation. Any Vendor who wishes to submit an offer for this requirement should complete the attached Solicitation document in its entirety and email the information to the attention of James Postell at james.postell@va.gov . The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred by responding to this notice.
