A1: The required leg frames is T-Leg.
Q2: Will the Buy American Act or the Trade Agreements Act be in effect for this project/solicitation?
A2: Buy American Act will be applied in accordance with FAR Part 25 and DFARS Part 225.Trade Agreements do not apply to this requirement.
Q3: Would you accept a quote for desks with a slightly different finish?
A3: The Government is willing to except something equivalent as long as it's a similar finish.

A3: Yes, the Government does have a dock that can accommodate a semi-truck and labor to offload the shipment.
