The General Services Administration (GSA), Great Lakes Region (Region 5), is seeking interest for Water Infiltration. The purpose of this project involves temporary repairs for Water Infiltration at the Birch Bayh Federal Buildings and U. S. Courthouse, 46 E. Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN. This work will include Removal of limestone facade panels mortar joint material, to a depth of 14” from base of windows to the bottom portion of the balustrade and installation of sealant with color to match existing mortar color; remove and replace windows trim; remove existing paint (lead based) and repaint window trim; remove existing sealant and install new sealant at window sills; remove damaged plaster and gypsum board in the interior and replace with new gypsum board; paint interior surfaces of damaged finishes adjacent to windows; remove flaking paint from interior stairway walls and apply universal primer and finish paint coat to replicate the current color (original lead base paint); and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
