The mission of the USDA Forest Service to achieve quality land management under the sustainable multiple-use management concept to meet the diverse needs of people. The mission of the White Mountain National Forest is to offer extensive multi-use advantages to the public. This acquisition is needed to ensure the public facility located at the Androscoggin Ranger District is clean and sanitary for the safety and well-being of employees and visitors in support of USDA and White Mountain National Forest.
The contractor shall provide routine, basic janitorial services in accordance with contract specifications for the purpose of maintaining a sanitary environment for the visiting public at Androscoggin Ranger District, White Mountain National Forest. The contractor shall provide all supplies and equipment necessary to accomplish the tasks and deliverables described, including: basic cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, floor buffer, steam cleaner, rug shampooer, brooms, mops, and any cleaning products specifically needed for use with these pieces of equipment, such as: waxes, floor sealers, and spot removers. The contractor shall supply buckets, sponges, rags and all other equipment necessary to maintain a quality standard of clean and sanitary working environments in the facility.
