Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking sources who may potentially have the ability to fulfill rental of One (1) Portable Vacuum Recovery Unit for Abrasive Blast Grit at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. The Period of Performance will be 2/28/2022 – 2/26/2023 (52 weeks) with an option one (1) Period of Performance of 2/27/2023 – 11/19/2023.
There will be two (2) options for an additional two (2) Portable Vacuum Recovery Units.
The Period of Performance for Optional Unit two (2) will be from 5/2/2022 – 4/30/2023 (52 weeks) with an Optional Period of Performance of 5/1/2023 – 11/19/2023 (29 weeks).
The Period of Performance for Optional Unit three (3) will be from 7/1/2022 – 6/29/2023 (52 weeks) with an Optional Period of Performance of 6/30/2023 – 11/23/2023(21 weeks).
Submit attached Request for Quote when submitting quotes and all technical specifications and brochures as they will be reviewed in order to make sure that they are within the specifications outlined in the RFQ.

METHOD OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Offers shall be emailed. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.

All quotes shall include price(s), a point of contact, name, email address, phone/FAX number, CAGE Code, technical specifications of units offered (including brand), business size under the NAICS Code, and payment terms. At a minimum, quotes shall contain the completed RFQ form (attached). Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specifications and requirements.
