The Columbia-Pacific Northwest Regional Office of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation is conducting market research for the purchase of Thirty¿six (36) plug valves and Eighteen (18) basket strainers based on the following salient characteristics:

Each Generator has two parallel 14¿ pipelines to be fitted with simplex strainer.
Both Water pipe centerlines are horizontal orientation parallel to concrete wall.
Both Water pipe centerlines are Thirty (30) inches from concrete wall.
Bottom pipe centerline is Forty¿three (43) inches from concrete floor.
Top Pipe Centerline is Seventy¿Five and One¿Half (75½) inches from concrete floor.
Strainers to be located at same horizontal position along pipe centerlines.
Note: If body orientation is angled (above the pipe centerline), a means to completely drain must be provided.

Sources are being sought for firms, of any size, with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 332911 Industrial Valve Manufacturing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. NAICS code 33291 is included on the Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) list of NAICS codes. NAICS code 33291 does not have a Non-Manufacturer Waiver, therefore the Non-Manufacturer (NMR) rule will apply. Small businesses are highly encouraged to respond to this sources sought notice.
