The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and tools for weekly maintenance of the hospital fish tank. Contractor shall provide all water required for the aquarium. Contractor shall provide initial training to designated hospital staff member on proper procedure for adding water to aquarium and other minor aquarium maintenance requirements. The contractor any other items or services necessary to perform preventive maintenance and calibration (on-site) for the 673 MDG Aquarium located on 1st Floor room 1C105 within patient lobby of the Pediatric Clinic.

(vii). The period of performance will be 01 December 2021 to 31 November 2026 and will follow the timeline below.
Base Year: 01 December 2021 to 30 November 2022
Option Year 1: 01 December 2022 to 30 November 2023
Option Year 2: 01 December 2023 to 30 November 2024
Option Year 3: 01 December 2024 to 30 November 2025
Option Year 4: 01 December 2025 to 30 November 2026
