Scope of Work: Contractor shall fill void below concrete footing, patch and repair an estimated 45 woodpecker holes in
the Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) and replace an estimated 260 linear feet of elastomeric joint sealants (data collected 12/17/2020).
Concrete: Fill erosion caused void below one footing corner. (Estimated 6 Cubic feet max = 4 feet wide, 3 feet deep, 6 inch height)
Exterior Insulation: Patch and repair woodpecker holes to match the existing exterior finish and colors according to the manufacturers (Dryvit) requirements. (Estimated 45 Holes = N Elev 18, E Elev 7, S Elev 3, W Elev 8, shop 5, Plus 4 miscellaneous repairs)
Joint Sealants: Remove deteriorated joint sealants along the top of the Interpretive Center and install new joint sealants. (Estimated 260 LF = 252 LF horizontal joints plus 8 LF miscellaneous repairs)
Contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to
complete the work.
Magnitude of Project (per FAR 36.204(b)): Between $25,000 to $100,000.
