This is a sources sought notice seeking interested and eligible contractors in a Firm Fixed Price contract for Lease of Fuel Trucks for Aircraft at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska.
OFFERS OR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A PRESOLICITATION OR SOLICITATION. ADDITIONALLY, THIS NOTICE DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR MULTIPLE CONTRACTS, AND IT DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR ANY BID AND/OR PROPOSAL PREPERATION COSTS.
Lease of fuel trucks (no operators) that has capability to the level of military aircraft refueling please send your availability for the next 12 months.
- If you feel that you are able to provide the items required please submit a capability package to the below listed contacts. Capability packages shall include any documentation that supports your entity's ability to fulfill this requirement.
- Please include your entity's CAGE and DUNS number with the capability package.
- Capability packages shall be subtmiteed to the listed contacts not later than (NLT) 2:00 PM AKST on Wednesday, 12 Novermber 2021.
