Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (hereinafter called “PNSY”) hereby releases the Mobile Crane and Qualified Crane Operator Services IDIQ RFQ. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award contract (MAC) for the rental of Mobile Crane and Qualified Crane Operator services over a 5 year ordering period at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine and at Pease International Tradeport, Newington, New Hampshire.
