North Dakota Army National Guard (NDARNG) seeking interested and qualified Catering (Food Services) Companies to submit a Contractor Performance Work Statement (CPWS) based upon attached government Statement of Objectives (SOO). Intent is to incorporate elements of submitted CPWS statements within an overall Performance Work Statement (PWS) issued by NDARNG requesting a single Third Party Vendor (TPV), SAM Registered Catered Meals company to provide requested monthly Catered and Boxed Meal services on a monthly basis for Guardsman located across Eastern North Dakota. Objective to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Master Agreement for a continuous two-year period of performance.
Interested Catering Companies requested to define boundaries of "Eastern" North Dakota geographical area as set forth within submitted CPWS. All interested food service (catering) companies encouraged to set forth tasks and standards necessary within a PWS in order to successfully accomplish required Catering Services across Eastern North Dakota {See attached Statement of Objectives}.
If this defined geographical approach for Catering Services works for the eastern half of North Dakota, the NDARNG thereafter will seek interest in a similar RFI posting for the Central and Western North Dakota region.
NOTE: Offerors encouraged to share negative responses as to why they are not able to submit a CPWS against attached SOO, in order for NDARNG to learn more about how to eventually award a BPA for these required Catering Services.
