This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number W913E522Q0001 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334513 – Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables, which has a size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research & Engineering Laboratory (CRREL)’s Terrestrial & Cryospheric Sciences Branch has a requirement to purchase two (2) data loggers, various sensors, cables and mounting equipment for the monitoring and sensing of temperature and relative humidity in the Permafrost Tunnel Research Facility. The data loggers shall be brand name to Campbell Scientific. The required BRAND NAME parts/equipment are as follows:

The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) responsible quote. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: ability to meet the required BRAND NAME items meeting all technical specifications and price.
Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Fort Wainwright, AK 99703.
