AMENDMENT 0001 - This amendment removes DFARS Clause 252.223-7999 ENSURING ADEQUATE COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR FEDERAL CONTRACTORS (DEVIATION 2021-O0009) (OCT 2021) and extends the repsonse date to 4 November 2021 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to supply and install the J. T. Myers Locks and Dam Bulkhead Crane Cone Worm Gear Drive Part, Model FHU80AXXX-3, S/N#:2957X, Ratio: 5:1 (Worm Gear Drive) at J T Myers Locks and Dam located at 16501 Raben Road, Mt. Vernon, IN 47620. The contractor’s work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 60 calendar days after the NTP.
