The Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against an existing Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract for the provision of Work Keys Instructor / Testing Services
Coordinator. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611710. Offers will be FOB destination shall begin on the effective date of award through a 12 month period the anticipated date will beginning November 1, 2021.
The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the
Government.
The solicitation will be made available on or about September 28, 2021 and will be posted to the GSA eBuy website www.ebuy.gsa.gov and beta.SAM.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of quote is October 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. central standard
time via mail or email. Each offeror (s) is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via beta.SAM.gov. Faith-Based organizations and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other
organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. The anticipated date of award is October 22, 2021.
