PURCHASE DESCRIPTION
The Maintenance Squadron (referred to as MXS) requires a crash recovery kit. This kit is comprised of a Debog extraction kit, a Belly Lift kit, and a Trailer for storing and moving the equipment. Each kits contains several different items.
All slings in both kits should be synthetic material that is approximately 10% of the weight of steel slings.
Slings should have a minimum of two individual paths of fiber working together as one, must be repairable, and have less than 1% elongation at rated capacity. Slings should have an external warning indicator. Slings should be covered in heavy-duty, double-layer industrial nylon and be dual color-coded (allowing for a failing sling to be visibly noticed).
The Debog extraction kit must possess a minimum of the following specifics:
- 1000 lb – 45ft two leg bridal with 1” W master ring
- 1000lb – 45ft sling with covers (characterized above) (2 each)
- 8ft single path sling 9000lbs (2 each)
- 12.5T Alloy galvanized widebody shackle (2 each)
- 17T Shackle pin pad (2 each)
- 4IN G link 7.5 Ton (4 each)
