Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bag Size and Capacity: 15 Gallon – approximately 24” x 27” 30 Gallon – approximately 31”x 32.5” One side of each bag will be printed with the Dover “Reduce – Reuse – Recycle” Logo (hereinafter referred to as “Logo”) in its entirety at least once. Vendors must indicate whether registered or random printing procedures will be used. • Artwork and print plate manufacturing are the responsibility of the vendor. A sample sleeve of bags will be available upon request. • The Logo must be 11.75” in diameter and match the Logo on the sample bag provided. The vendor, if unable to print the specific size identified, must indicate the size of the Logo he can print and secure the approval of the Dover Solid Waste Coordinator for the alternate size logo. • “15 GALLON DOVER TRASH BAG” will be printed on each 15-gallon bag in 1” block letters. “30 GALLON DOVER TRASH BAG” will be printed on each 30-gallon bag in 1” block letters. “20 POUND LIMIT” will be printed on each 15 gallon bag in ½” block letters. • “35 POUND LIMIT” will be printed on each 30 gallon bag in ½” block letters. • “BAG MUST BE PULLED CLOSED” will be printed on each 15 and 30 gallon bag in ½” block letters. • All printing will be done with weatherproof, smudge-proof and waterproof black ink including Logo as shown in the pictures of the bags and not colored
