Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mini-golf operator at Hoe Down Island a. Mini Golf is open seasonally May thru October. b. Operate facility on a daily basis with the hours of operation set by successful Bidder and approved by park manager prior to beginning of season. c. All equipment (rental clubs, balls, scorecards, pencils, etc.) to be provided by the Successful Bidder. d. Bidder shall have use of the Snack Bar building including equipment inside. Reach-In Cooler, Ice Machine e. Concessioner will be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the Snack Bar and Mini Golf Course. f. Natural Bridge will be responsible for the mowing and weed-eating. g. Bidder shall be responsible for the condition of the mini golf greens and obstacles (sweeping, touch-up paint, cleaning obstacles, daily grounds debris removal, etc.). 2) Concession Stand at Hoe Down Island a. Snack Bar is open seasonally May thru October. b. Operate facility on a daily basis with the hours of operation set by concessioner and approved by park manager prior to beginning season. c. Successful Bidder shall provide all food and drink in compliance with all health regulations. d. Concessioner will have use of the Snack Bar building including equipment inside.: Ice Machine, Refrigerator with freezer, Electric Griddle, Electric Deep Fryer e. Concessioner will be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the Snack Bar Building and area surrounding the building.
