Offeror will provide all labor, tools, management, materials, parts and supplies, equipment and transportation necessary to furnish kitchen equipment maintenance and repair services at various locations throughout San Juan College on an as-needed basis in accordance with written specifications and/or plans as provided by the College. The work will consist of regular maintenance and perform any necessary repairs of existing kitchen equipment including emergency and after hours' work. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Offeror shall provide on-site and in-shop maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and appliance located at all San Juan College Campuses. Documentation shall be provided on each piece of equipment showing what work was done, documenting current condition, and assessing need for major corrective maintenance or repairs.
