Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project consists of HVAC replacement and renovation at Kanawha County Schools – Chamberlain Elementary School. Replacement to include demolition/removal of existing mechanical HVAC systems to include units, piping, ductwork, etc. as required for installation of new HVAC systems. Demolition includes removal and replacement and repair of existing rooftop equipment and roof replacement. The scope of work will also include replacement of HVAC equipment and related roof curbs as well as final connections. New digital temperature controls shall also be provided to tie into the district wide controls. Refer to contract documents for detailed scope description and contract requirements. Included within this project shall be limited glazing replacement at locations where window A/C units are removed and new casework where indicated.
