All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide construction inspection services for the Fort Wayne District of INDOT as needs arise on construction contracts. Assignments may also be made to other districts with the consent of the consultant. INDOT anticipates needing Project Engineers/Supervisors and Inspectors during the course of this contract. INDOT may require personnel to work in any season, work for up to twelve (12) hours per day, or work at night. The Consultant's personnel shall work under Area Engineers, Project Engineers, or Project Supervisors provided by INDOT. INDOT will control the hours and staffing of personnel. The consultant shall furnish all construction field testing equipment necessary to sample and test materials in accordance with INDOT procedures. The consultant shall provide personnel local to the Fort Wayne District such that lodging expenses will not be incurred for assigned locations within 50 miles of the district office. The Letter of Interest (LOI) must specify the names of the personnel who will be supplying the services on the construction contracts. Also, a map showing the locations of these personnel must be provided in the LOI.
