All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: o provide for as-needed roadway design services for routine non-complex preservation and structure replacement projects similar in character to the following: Small Structure Replacement, Small Structure Pipe-Lining, Road Resurface, Sight Distance Correction, Intersection Improvement. The maximum project assignment amount is $600,000. $500,000 of the total contract amount will be withheld for assignment amendments. INDOT intends to select approximately 35 firms for contracts, but the actual number will be determined at the time of selection in consideration of the number of responses and scoring. Selection for one of these pool contracts will not preclude a firm from selection for any other contract on this RFP. The lead firm for the contract must self-perform all of the road design and hydraulics services, but may also self-perform or, with approval, may subcontract other preliminary engineering services required to deliver a project for construction letting so long as all services are performed by consultants prequalified to perform the services. Submitting firms shall not identify any planned subconsultants as part of responses to this RFP item.
