Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1. Administration and Management PROPOSER shall have the primary responsibility of the following administration and management tasks: 1. Schedule all committee and public meetings. 2. Prepare meeting notices, agendas, minutes, handout materials, maps, presentations, and other items to accomplish the study objectives. 3. Give presentations to stakeholders and appointed and elected officials. 4. Provide written monthly status reports that detail work in progress, work accomplished, and funds expended (progress reports are due each month). 5. Coordinate with and provide updates as requested with County Commissioner(s) and their staff. 6. If necessary, update the work plan and milestone completion dates. Task 2. Stakeholder and Public Involvement 1. Identify and seek input from existing landowners and developers in the area to allow for a more informed plan. 2. Identify and implement public participation tools that elicit meaningful public input throughout the decision-making process. 3. Identify physical and/or digital modeling tools that can be used to reflect the proposed vision and outcomes of the plan for stakeholders and the public to experience. 4. Public input should include, but not be limited to, presentations, charrettes, and workshops. Participation activities shall provide a balanced approach, so stakeholders are represented and include measures that seek out and consider the needs of stakeholders and the community. Task 3. Conduct an Environmental Feasibility Study PROPOSER will conduct an environmental feasibility study that will outline any concerns or challenges that may exist from the development of the Clark County Intermodal Transportation Job Creation Zone. The feasibility study should be conducted in accordance with all applicable industry standards and must be conducted by a certified environmental specialist familiar with conducting such a feasibility study.
