Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Must interface with Tyler Technologies Infinite Visions software. • Must interface with Frontline Education software. • Must be accessible through an online portal or mobile device. • Must include the capability to monitor various work schedules and add multiple pay codes as well as to adjust codes as needs change. • Must track extra/overtime and provide this ability to set up various pay rates based on employee type. • Must have the capability to route time and leave approvals to various Supervisors in an automated workflow, and track time off accruals. • Must include reminder alerts for deadlines. • Must include the ability to add pre-programmed pay rates. • Reporting functionality that allows for multiple report types and styles including payroll reports, paid leaves, unpaid leaves such as FMLA, hours worked, department reports, reports by classification, and the ability to customize reports. Workflow to send automated reports as specified. Must provide the ability to archive records and retrieve these records with ease. • Full product specifications must be provided in the proposal. • Functional Mobile Application where employees can clock in and out and submit time off requests as necessary. • Flexibility in the set up for employee’s classification – employee codes and departments, including the ability to track by account code and category. • The application must track all transactions, including changes made in the system by authorized users, and provide a complete audit trail of all transactions.
