The construction of new facilities, and the renovation and expansion of existing facilities, to blend social and academic spaces for students, employees, and faculty/instructors that create environments that promote student success through collaboration and integrative learning. Analysis to determine the cost associated with updating and modernizing existing facilities, as well as developing any alternatives for the facilities.
