Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hampstead School District (the “District”) is soliciting proposals from vendors to provide district-wide contracted services for students with disabilities in one or more of the following areas for the period of July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024: • Academic Assessment/Evaluations • Speech and Language services • Reading Instruction in Orton Gillingham • Vision & Hearing services • BCBA and RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) services • Physical Therapy services • Occupational Therapy services • Psychological Evaluation & Consultation services • Nursing services • Tutoring services • Medicaid to Schools • Professional Development Activities • In-district and Out of District LEA Services; • Providing comprehensive assessments for students with disabilities or initial evaluations for students being considered for an educational disability. Student assessment, written reports, attending meetings, IEP development, progress reports and other activities related to compliance. • Responsibility for acting as District LEA for in and out of district students with disabilities. • Providing comprehensive assessments for students with disabilities or initial evaluations for students being considered for an educational disability. More specifically, the Vendor will provide student assessments, written reports, meeting attendance, IEP development, progress reports and other activities related to compliance. • Providing district-wide consultation and expertise supporting students with disabilities • Providing direct instruction 1:1 in reading utilizing Orton Gillingham (O/G), (K-8) • Providing one to one nursing/assistant for providing medical support and instructional support for students with disabilities
