Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued by the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism (ADPHT or Department) to obtain pricing and a contract for janitorial and cleaning services for the Delta Cultural Center Visitor Center and the Depot located in Helena, Arkansas. A. The Visitor Center is located at 141 Cherry Street, Helena, AR 72342. 1. The Contractor shall clean the following three (3) times per week: a. Galleries and Exhibition Areas: 1. Contractor shall clean cube and broadcast area (plexiglass cleaner and microfiber cloth only). 2. Contractor shall remove trash from area. 3. Contractor shall clean glass doors and windows to remove fingerprints. 4. Contractor shall sweep or dust mop and mop hard wood floors. 5. Contractor shall vacuum carpets. 6. Contractor shall high and low dust all baseboards, cove base, high corners, and around light fixtures. b. Restrooms and Sonny’s dressing room: 1. Contractor shall clean and sanitize all sinks, countertops, and faucets. 2. Contractor shall clean all mirrors. 3. Contractor shall clean and sanitize commodes and urinals inside and outside. 4. Contractor shall restock soap, bathroom tissue and paper towels. Contractor shall leave extra rolls of toilet tissue and extra paper towels. 5. Contractor shall remove trash and replace trash liner. 6. Contractor shall sweep and mop floors. c. Offices/Library and Conference Room: 1. Contractor shall thoroughly dust all furniture. 2. Contractor shall wipe down and sanitize countertops. 3. Contractor shall remove trash and replace trash liner. 4. Contractor shall vacuum area.
