Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a roof replacement project; all work is performed in an existing building that is operational. Work consist of removal of all metal parapet copings, all flashings, downspouts and conductor boxes, re-cover the existing modified bitumen building roof with 60 mil TPO mechanically fastened membrane roofing system over 1" new polyiso rigid insulation, re-cover EPDM roof over loading covered area and building canopies with mechanically fastened 60 mil TPO membrane on ½" H.D. cover board, etc. and installing a new flashings, conductor boxes, downspouts and attachments, concrete splashblocks, etc. The contract work will also include lifting recently installed RTU's and recovering all equipment curbs, paint of existing exposed steel elements located on top of roof and repair of existing EIFS adjacent to renovation work. Workspaces and employee parking lot shall be kept in clean order. Experience in roofing renovation work required.
