Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Provide a cloud based automated berthing software for scheduling reservations and length of the stat for vessels at the POA. - Ship owners and POA staff should be able to access the software through a web-based interface and a mobile app. - Provide user materials and training materials for vessels owners and POA staff. - Provide Technical documentation and support for the software, including system architecture, design, and testing. - Enable ship owners to reserve berths online, view real-time information about berth availability. - Automate the allocation of berths to arriving ships based on their size and other criteria provided by the POA. - Provide POA and/or vessel owners with real-time information about berth occupancy, revenue generated, and other relevant data. - Ensure the software is user friendly secure (comply with Coast Guard Standards) and scalable. - Provide a three (3) year subscription with two year options periods that includes update and support for the software.
