Specifications include, but are not limited to: Numerous branches and agencies of State government require Written Document Translation Services. The awarded Bidder shall provide accurate, meaning-for-meaning translation of forms and related materials from English to another language or another language to English upon request by a requesting branch or agency of State government. Top twelve (12) of the most commonly requested languages are: English to Spanish English to Arabic English to French English to Somali English to Lingala English to Vietnamese English to Kinyarwanda English to Khmer English to Portuguese English to Chinese English to Russian English to Swahili In addition to the top 12 pairing the State may have additional language pairs, as needed, when the population of immigrants and refugees changes. The awarded Bidder shall offer additional languages for written translation and screen linguists to expand capabilities for additional languages to be added.
