Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. For each of the school buildings, provide for an accredited AHERA Inspector on site, and a Management Planner to review and complete the AHERA Reinspection report. Personnel must possess current State of New Hampshire credentials. 2. Each existing site Management Plan shall be reviewed, and the condition of the ACBM previously identified shall be reassessed. 3. There shall be a visual inspection of all materials previously considered nonfriable ACBM, and the material shall be touched to determine whether it has become friable since the last inspection. 4. For each homogeneous area of newly friable material that is assumed to be ACBM, bulk samples shall be collected and submitted for analysis in accordance with AHERA 763.86 and 763.87. Testing will only be performed on materials considered friable and requiring immediate attention, or if specifically requested by the District. 5. Assess, under AHERA 763.88, the condition of the newly friable material in areas where samples are collected, and non-friable materials in areas that are assumed to be ACBM, and recommend a plan of action. 6. Record all applicable and required reinspection documentation and submit this documentation to Christopher Lessard, LEA designee under AHERA 763.84, within 30 days of the reinspection work. The inspector/management planner names, signature, and credential numbers will accompany all applicable records. 7. Include copies of New Hampshire certification/ license for individuals responsible for the reinspection. 8. Present a certificate of insurance for all personnel and for services rendered.
