Specifications include, but are not limited to: MGT Consulting was retained by both the State of Idaho and by IDHW to assist in implementation of the statewide cost allocation system and tosupport DHWs internal cost allocation plan, systems, and processes. DHW previously requested and received an exemption to contract withMGT Consulting from 7/1/21 through 9/30/22 and subsequently received an extension and additional contract amount through 9/30/2023.We are at a critical juncture with Luma and SSGs eSiviCAP (cost allocation system) implementation at go live on July 1. We continue to work onmultiple nuanced revisions to DHWs internal cost allocation plan, system, and statistics through go live and into sustainment. Successfulimplementation of Luma and eSiviCAP are essential to maintaining the federal participation supporting DHW programs for Idahoans. For these reasons and to maintain continuity / communications with the states ERP plan at large, DHW requests an additional extension of timeto 9/30/2024 and with an additional not to exceed contract amount for that period of $615,000.
