Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon Home Care Commission herein after referred to as (“OHCC”) or (“Agency”), is issuing this Request for Proposal under the provisions of ORS 279B.060 for training and consultation services for the Employer Resource Connection. Proposer, through this RFP will have the opportunity to propose on one or more “Areas”, which include: Area 1: Gilliam, Hood River, Sherman, Wasco, Wheeler; Area 2: Morrow, Umatilla; Area 3: Union, Wallowa; Area 4: Baker, Grant; Area 5: Harney, Malheur; Area 6: Klamath, Lake; Area 7: Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson; Area 8: Jackson, Josephine; Area 9: Coos, Curry; Area 10: Douglas; Area 11: Lane; Area 12: Benton, Linn; Area 13: Lincoln, Tillamook; Area 14: Clatsop, Columbia; Area 15: Marion, Polk, Yamhill; Area 16: Washington; Area 17: Clackamas; Area 18: Multnomah; Additionally, Proposer will have the opportunity to propose whether to provide services to individuals receiving services through: 1) Office of Developmental Disabilities Services 2) Oregon Health Authority’s Health Services Division 2) Aging and People with Disabilities clients; or 3) All programs listed above
