Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish complete scheduled testing, inspection and cleaning of the system(s) and equipment covered by RFP. The University is to be notified immediately of any / all equipment or devices found not to be operating properly. Services shall include, but not limited to, labor, supervision; transportation (when and where required); establishment and maintenance of records; all parts; tools and equipment. Contractor shall include the generation and submission of all necessary reports to the University and local Fire Departments. The University must test, inspect, and clean when needed Life Safety Systems as listed: • Fire Detection, Alarm & Communication Systems • Grease Hoods & Kitchen Fire Suppression System • Sprinklers (wet & dry), Fire Pump and Special Hazard Suppression Systems
