Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. This Section includes packaged, factory-fabricated and -assembled, gas-fired, fire-tube condensing boilers, trim, and accessories for heating hot water. Looking for a bid of 2- 1,999.000 BTU Boilers. B. The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing the two condensing boilers, two dedicated boiler pumps, and all specified trim accessories including condensate neutralization kits. C. This contract shall include delivery of the equipment to the project site on the Northern Kentucky University Campus. The installation of the boilers shall be bid as a separate project. The installing Contractor shall receive the equipment onsite and install it. A manufacturers representative for the Boilers shall be responsible for providing start-up services for the boilers and all warranty requirements. The manufacturer shall provide two hours of in person training on the boilers to the University. This training shall be scheduled two weeks prior to meeting onsite. One hour shall be in a classroom setting to discuss the boiler and one hour in the field at the boiler. All training shall be recorded with a copy provided to the Owner. The audio must be of sufficient quality in the classroom and mechanical room setting that it can be understood.
