Specifications include, but are not limited to: : Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Buildings and General Services (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish a contract with a Construction Management firm to provide Construction Management services (hereinafter the “CM”) for the McFarland Reroof and Miscellaneous Repairs Project. The primary objective of this project is to make all of the necessary repairs on the building’s masonry, roofing, siding, windows, and HVAC. The McFarland State Office Building was constructed in 1915 with three additions completed in 1931 and 1948 and a major renovation completed in 2001. Currently, the building has been experiencing water infiltration through the roof, masonry and siding that have led to the required repairs.
