Specifications include, but are not limited to: LMPHW are looking for a qualified vendor who can provide end to end service to source, package and deliver cleaning items and durable goods to our office at 400 E. Gray Street for dispersal to residents who have an elevated risk of exposure to lead hazards We expect vendors to be able to complete deliveries as needed within 14 days of notice. This contract will be funded using ARP monies through December 30, 2024. • Conduct an initial meeting with LMPHW staff to discuss process and expectations • Purchase, sort, and store Combat Kit items. • Identify measures for evaluation and produce regular reports (for example x number of kits were ordered on 5/1/23, delivered on 5/11/23) • Deliver items to LMPHW or an alternate storage site, should LMPHW become untenable.
