Specifications include, but are not limited to: The district is requesting quotes for a student data management dashboard program with one-to-one communication ability that can be used to provide faculty, staff, parents, and students with dashboards organizing multiple streams of data. This data should be easily manipulated on the dashboard to use at the school, classroom, and individual student level for the support of instruction, intervention, and remediation. The product should also include communication capacity to make this data transparent and useful for all stakeholders. In addition, this product should have the ability to link and sync with SAM. Strategic Plan Goal II: Improve Student Achievement through a Rigorous and Relevant Curriculum; Objective A: Implementation of MS College and Career State Standards and High Stakes Assessments; Objective B: Using data analysis to drive instruction for individual students; Objective C: Implement, review and expand K-12 curricula. The program must adhere to, align with, and provide: * a data management dashboard program with one-to-one communication ability that can be used to provide faculty, staff, parents, and students with dashboards organizing multiple streams of data; * the ability to organize multiple streams of data for the support of instruction, intervention, and remediation for students; * the ability to communicate with parents and stakeholders through individual and group communication through the means of texts, emails, or phone calls; * the ability to translate messages in various languages; * the ability to link and sync with SAM.
