Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. 1 EA 40’ aluminum power boat, HA 5812 K – sunk in Heeia Kea Anchorage B, Item #2311 Locate, raise/dewater and relocate on land on stands/blocks at Heeia Kea Small Boat Harbor (no disposal) Approximate GPS location: 21.44232*N by 157.80146*, exact location unknown; 2. 1 EA 40’ aluminum power boat, HA 5812 K – sunk in Heeia Kea Anchorage B, Item #2311 Fee for disposal; 3. 1 EA 29’ fiberglass power boat, Doc. No. 598120 – sunk in Waianae SBH Slip B-29, Item #2107; 4. 1 EA 33’ fiberglass power boat, HA 3871 E – sunk in Waianae SBH Slip C-60, Item #2206; 1. The contractor shall take the necessary precautions to mitigate release of oil, fuel and other contaminates when removing the abandoned vessels. 2. It is the contractor’s responsibility to inspect all vessels prior to submitting a proposal. 3. The contractor shall take the necessary precautions to prevent damages to the pier, boat ramp, loading dock and private vessels. Any damages shall be repaired by the contractor at no additional cost to the State. 4. The contractor is given permission to utilize the dirt lot at the Keehi Small Boat Harbor to stage and completely dispose of all vessels listed in this proposal. The contractor shall follow all DOH regulations regarding clean water and follow minimum best management practices (BMP). The dirt lot at the Keehi Small Boat Harbor area shall be returned to the same or better condition.
