This State funded project will provide structural repairs, interior renovations, and building systems upgrades at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center in Juneau, AK. The CM/GC procurement is intended to encompass all materials, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary for the complete construction of the project, including any pre-construction related services during design.
