Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (hereinafter “DNR”) is soliciting bids to jointly fund and provide oversight and direction for four Hunter Recruitment, Retention and Reactivation (R3) Coordinator positions in Wisconsin. The purpose of this project is to expand the reach of the DNR’s R3 Team and ensure effective, adaptive R3 programming in Wisconsin. The goals of the DNR R3 Team are to increase the number of individuals and families completing hunter and trapper education classes; participating in hunting, trapping, and shooting sports; and to maintain strong support for these activities in Wisconsin. This will expand participation in these activities among a broader segment of the public, enhance conservation funding, and develop a deeper appreciation for management of our natural resources.
