Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Public Safety is seeking a total of six (6) point-of-care noninvasive transient elastography devices. The technology used for the point-ofcare non-invasive transient elastography devices must be endorsed by the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD). The non-invasive liver diagnostic devices must provide quantitative assessments of liver fibrosis and quantitative measurements of liver stiffness. The application of the point-ofcare study must be completed in approximately 10 minutes or less with results immediately generated to guide clinical management. The bid must include total cost for all of the following: a) One (1) point-of-care non-invasive transient elastography device with the following specifications for Halawa Correctional Facility: • Size: 25”w x 55”h x 30”d (maximum) • Weight: 120 lbs (maximum) • Touch Screen: 19” (at least) • Spleen stiffness measurement • Embedded ultrasound localization system • Probes: 2 probe connectors, 1 ultrasound probe connector, 1 footswitch connector, 1 ground connector • Probes (each device): 2 sizes (general adult population and larger adults) • ON/OFF Cap (each device) • Power Supply: plug-in (US standard voltage and frequency) and battery operation • Roll Stand (4): 4 wheels with at least one lockable drawer, a washable touch keyboard, and adjustable height feature at 30”-36” (minimum) b) Four (4) point-of-care non-invasive transient elastography devices with the following specifications for Oahu Community Correctional Center, Women’s Community Correctional Center, Waiawa Correctional Facility, and Maui Community Correctional Center: • Size: 15”w x 20”h x 12”d (maximum) • Weight: 25 lbs (maximum) • Touch Screen: 14” (at least) • Probes (each device): 2 sizes (general adult population and larger adults) • ON/OFF Cap (each device)
