Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Hawaii, Department of Human Services (DHS), Benefit, Employment Support Services Division (BESSD), Child Care Regulation Program Office (CCRPO) is requesting proposals for providing child care grant services to eligible DHS licensed, registered and approved legally exempt center-based providers for the purpose of improving child care provider staff retention and recruitment efforts and providing a stable source of funding for operating costs for providers, with an increased focus on child care providers that serve infants and toddlers in licensed facilities.
