Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1.1Vendor must provide inmate haircut services on a weekly basis at Northern Regional Jail. Vendor shall coordinate the day(s) of the week with the Jail Counseling Staff. 4.1.1.2Vendor must provide their own tools. 4.1.1.3Vendor must cut all hair types, including male and female hair. 4.1.1.4Vendor must clean and sanitize the area upon completion. 4.1.1.5Vendor must pass a background check and must bring approved picture ID, such as a driver's license, when working at the facility. 4.1.1.6The working environment is an operational regional jail facility. All work related to this contract must in conducted in accordance with all West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation protocol for working within an operational facility.
