Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The JOBS Program is a partnership between the local mental health designated agency, employment support services, and state agencies. The primary funding sources for the JOBS program are Medicaid Global Commitment funds administered by the Department of Mental Health and VR 110 Funds administered by HireAbility. The funds offered in this contract are exclusive to VR 110 funds administered by HireAbility and will serve only Bennington County. • The successful bidder will provide direct employment support to youth in the JOBS Program. This will include assessment, job development, job placement, supported employment (both direct and indirect), and other services to support eventual job stability. This may also include supporting youth to access career-focused education and training. • The successful bidder will need to routinely partner with the local mental health designated agency and HireAbility staff to support youth in the program.
