Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Audio, Visual, Fire Alarm Maintenance on an "As-Needed" basis to the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA), Maintenance & Operations Department. The successful Contractor shall be responsible for testing, maintenance, repair and certifying various alarm, sound, video, and surveillance systems located in Municipal general government facilities. Most of the work will include, but not be limited to, the inspection, testing, maintenance, repair and certification of existing fire and security alarm systems. Fire Related Devices - Inspect, Test, & Certify (Smoke Detectors without Sensitivity Testing) 2500 EA; Inspect, Test, & Certify Smoke Detectors with Sensitivity Testing 1250 EA; Unit price shall include all costs for inspecting, testing, and certifying all fire alarm related devices, including pull stations, heat detectors, smoke detectors, panels, etc., located within forty (40) feet above an existing working platform.
