Specifications include, but are not limited to:• Provide professional lighting equipment and services for the Convocation and other special events • Oversee all aspects of scheduling and planning the lighting services for each performance with Garland ISD Communication Department or other schools or department that may require services. • Provide all lighting equipment, a lighting team to operate the equipment, and a Supervisor for the lighting team. • Staff must have the ability to work independently with efficiency, effectiveness and composure; must have good communication skills. • The successful Proposer shall be required to complete the stage set up at least three (3) Hours prior to each event and a stage break down within two (2) hours after each event. • The stage set up shall include all necessary lighting elements for the event.
