Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Remove the entire building designated in the documents, including all foundation work and slabs. B. Remove structural piers to 5'-0" below finish grade. C. Remove basement and areaway walls, slab-on-grade, and tie beams. Do not backfill. Contractor to provide shoring as indicated in 01 7123 - Field Engineering. D. Remove concrete grout installed as part of 2017 structural remediation. Refer to Drawings for approximate extents of grout placement. E. Remove all paving and curbs as indicated on drawings. F. Remove underground tanks. G. Remove fences and gates. H. Remove other items indicated, for salvage and recycling. I. Fill excavations, open pits, and holes in ground areas generated as result of removals for area indicated in Drawings, using specified fill; compact fill as required so that required rough grade elevations do not subside within one year after completion.
