Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall furnish all parts, materials, chemicals, tools, software, equipment, transportation, labor, insurance, and supervision required to inspect, maintain, service, and repair all elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, wheelchair lifts and stage elevators for UNLV of Nevada, Las Vegas Maryland Campus, Shadow Lane Campus, Athletics Facilities, Campus Housing, and all other facilities as determined by UNLV during the Term. Contractor shall utilize only trained, qualified, licensed, state certified and technically skilled journeymen directly employed and supervised by the Contractor. All supervision, repair parts, consumable materials, equipment, tools (hardware and software), and all expense items required to perform maintain, repair or service elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters and/or lifts covered by this Contract shall be included unless otherwise specified.
