Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vegetation Removal, Grubbing, Aggregate Placement, Grading, Compaction ; The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, and other resources required to complete the work in the time specified and in accordance with the Contract. The Contractor is responsible for the means, methods, techniques, sequence, and procedures of construction, safety, and quality control, and is responsible to perform and furnish the work in accordance with the Contract documents and any applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances. The Engineer will designate the limits of work and all trees, shrubs, plants and other things to remain. Preserve all things designated to remain. If vegetation designated to remain is damaged or destroyed, repair or replace the vegetation in an acceptable manner. Trees and other woody vegetation designated to remain undisturbed shall be protected from damage throughout the entire construction period. Any damage resulting from the contractor's operations or neglect shall be repaired by the contractor.
