Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified contractors to realign, upgrade and improve 1163 linear feet of Sunshine Creek Circle. This project will involve, but is not limited to, clearing, grubbing, excavation, import and placement of borrow material, installing drainage culverts, drainage basins, berms, and placing topsoil and seed. This project is in Matanuska-Susitna Borough approximately 4 miles mile North of the Talkeetna Spur Highway on the Parks Highway. The project may be accessed by heading North from Wasilla along the Parks Highway for 60 miles and turning right on South Sunshine Creek Circle. Contractor is to provide resources to complete this project without any adjustments in the original bid amount or contract time.
